	Enclosed is a copy of a letter I wrote to Professor Manougian
in February.  I stand by its content.  The only additional remark I
can make is that the field of formalizing knowledge has become much
active in the last year.  I haven't really kept up, but people keep
sending me papers, and I see that Richard Stark's are always referred
to.
